To deploy the Recap Time Probot app to your GitHub personal account or org, this help article can guide you about deploying it.

TL;DR:

Sign in to your target GitHub account first where you should deploy the app. If you're deploying it to your org, make sure you have enough permissions to add an app. Don't have permission? Ask your Org Admin or Owner for details.
Go to either the app page (or the Marketplace listing) and click Install or Configure then select the destination.
You can either deploy it to the entire account/organization or to specific repositories.
